CAMBRIDGE, WI (Thursday, May 22, 2008) – The entry form for The Swiss Colony All-Star Challenge event scheduled for Tuesday, June 24th is now available at www.kevinramsell.com and www.madisoninternationalspeedway.com. This year’s super late model event will pay $10,000 to win with $650 to start the 100-lap feature event.

Teams that pre-enter the event will be eligible for the $10,000 to win and $7,000 for second along with the Bumper-to-Bumper Pole Award of $500 and the Monte’s Grill & Pub Halfway Bonus of $500. Teams that do not pre-enter will not be eligible for the pole award and halfway bonus and if they finish in the top-two, they will receive a reduced top prize of $7,500 and $5,000 for second place. The entry fee is $35 and pit passes are $50.

“We are asking teams to pre-enter for a few reasons,” Roy Kenseth of RK Race Promotions stated. “First, is that we want to promote who will be racing besides Matt (Kenseth), Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch. Second, for the third year in a row, this race will be broadcasted live on ESPN 1070 in Madison and it will help them prepare for the broadcast. And third, fans always ask for a driver’s list for the event and we would like to have this available as soon as we can on race day and having the entries in advance will help with this.”

Along with the 100-lap feature event, there will also be a 35-lap “B” feature for teams that don’t make the feature field. That event will pay $500 to win and $250 to start.

The 100-lap feature event will be a 24-car feature field with 16 advancing through time trials, four through last chance races and four promoter options. Kenseth is leaving the option open to add more cars to the field if needed.

Practice is scheduled from 12:30 – 3:30 pm. Qualifying is scheduled for 4:30 pm with racing starting at 7:00 pm.

General admission tickets are still available via mail with order forms available at www.mattkenseth.com, www.kevinramsell.com, and www.madisoninternationalspeedway.com. A limited amount of fan pit passes are still available, via mail order only. A pit pass will also give you access to the main grandstands.
